Meet the Performers
Andrea Nixon
An acclaimed Edmonton country and roots singer-songwriter known for her heartfelt storytelling and distinctive vocals. Her work has earned national recognition, Country Music Alberta nominations and a #1 spot on the Earshot Folk/Roots chart.
Ami Aku Dominguez
A talented 19-year-old African drummer bringing energy and rhythm to the stage.
Edmonton Kun Seng Keng
Edmonton KSK promotes the tradition and sport of Southern-style dragon and lion dance through performances, competitions and training.
ECISE Chinese Seniors Dancers
The East China Immigrants Society of Edmonton will perform Drunken Homeland (Zui Xiang / 醉乡), followed by Eight Methods and Five Steps Tai Chi (Ba Fa Wu Bu / 八法五步太极拳).
Ashley Court Oreille
A licensed Zumba instructor and active member of Edmonton’s dance community, teaching high-energy dance fitness classes since 2012.
Karilagan Dance Society
An Edmonton Filipino-Canadian performing arts organization that has preserved and shared Filipino culture through dance and music since 1971.
Victor Jara Chilean Folk Dancers
